• Ticketing and fan data — where a club integrates FanatIQ with their ticketing system, we process fan and ticketing data on behalf of that club (as a data processor, not a controller).
• Communications data — messages sent via web chat, WhatsApp, email, or other channels handled by our AI agents.
• Usage data — how you interact with this website, including pages visited and time spent.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Respond to demo requests and enquiries
• Provide and operate the FanatIQ platform for contracted clubs
• Send campaign messages on behalf of clubs (where directed by the club)
• Improve the performance of our AI agents through aggregated analysis
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use fan data for any purpose other than the service contracted by the relevant club.

For contracted clubs, we retain data for the duration of the contract plus 7 years for accounting and legal purposes.
