The platform includes AI agents ("Steward", "Scout", "Coach", "Striker", "Keeper", and "Sophia") that operate on behalf of contracted clubs to handle fan communications, campaign execution, commercial outreach, and analytics.
Access to the FanatIQ platform is governed by a separate commercial agreement between FanatIQ and the contracting club or organisation. These Terms cover use of this website and apply alongside any such commercial agreement.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
FanatIQ's AI agents generate content and recommendations based on data provided by or relating to contracted clubs. While we take care to ensure quality and accuracy, AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free. Clubs remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication where required.
FanatIQ does not accept liability for any decisions made by a club or organisation based solely on AI agent outputs without human review.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you confirm you have read and understood it.
Where FanatIQ processes fan or customer data on behalf of a contracted club, we do so as a data processor acting on the club's instructions. The club remains the data controller and is responsible for ensuring appropriate legal basis for any fan communications sent via the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FanatIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
